The customer-service team at Server Products won kudos last month, helping the Richfield, Wis., company win the Extreme Customer Service award at the Diversified Foodservice Supply Summit.
“Meeting Diversified’s standard for extreme customer service is a great honor,” said Jim Drake, Server’s director-sales and marketing. “Server would not have won this award without the daily dedication of each department within Server Products, so this was truly a team accomplishment.” Server’s customer-service team was specially recognized for hitting Diversified’s goals for product knowledge, error-free order entry and rapid and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
Diversified Foodservice Supply is the parent company of multiple brands focused on the distribution of foodservice parts, supplies, equipment and accessories.
