Familiar Faces Open New Rep Firm

PB&J is not just a sandwich, it’s the moniker for a newly formed independent manufacturers’ rep firm. A couple of industry veterans have combined forces as principals in PB&J Commercial Agents: PJ Lamb, formerly of Fountain Products, and Carl Boutilier, most recently of HGA. The firm, based in suburban Chicago, will serve MAFSI Region 17 in Illinois and Wisconsin.

“I’ve known PJ for many years, and have admired the results of his work ethic and hands-on approach. I am excited about the synergy of our lines, and about tapping into PJ’s high energy. It’s a great new chapter,” said Boutilier.

In addition to plans for opening a demonstration kitchen later this year, Lamb said, “PB&J will continue building a sales team. We are going to continue to do what’s worked well in the past, and adapt by learning from each other and our customers. For us it’s all about excellence, the best service, and sheer determination.”
