Alto-Shaam Promotions Include New Sales VPs For U.S, Canada

Five employees on Alto-Shaam’s sales and customer-service teams have been promoted to new positions by the Menomonee Falls, Wis., manufacturer.

Tito Rodriguez was promoted to v.p. of sales, Claudio Baldinelli was promoted to v.p. of sales-Canada and Chris Harvey was promoted to business-development manager.

Rodriguez will develop, prioritize and execute corporate-sales growth strategies while focusing on company sales in the southeastern markets. He joined Alto-Shaam in 2013 with more than 20 years in the hospitality and foodservice industry. Baldinelli will lead and direct the sales team in Canada and work in collaboration with the Canadian culinary team to expand sales and business development throughout the provinces. Harvey, formerly a business-development specialist in the Northwest United States, now will manage that territory and work with and train representative agencies.

In customer service, Brooke Wilman was promoted to customer-service manager-inside sales, overseeing both domestic and international divisions. Nancy Gagnon was elevated to customer-service manager to lead the department and support efforts in the equipment and service-parts sales for Canada.

“All of these individuals are an integral part of the Alto-Shaam team and make up the backbone of our growing company,” said Steve Maahs, the company’s president and COO. Alto-Shaam is marking its 60th anniversary this year.
