Premier Adds Industry Veteran Jim Palm To Helm West Coast Office

Premier Restaurant Equipment, the Minneapolis-based foodservice design and equipment firm, has added industry veteran Jim Palm to its team as director of sales for its new West Coast division. Palm began his career in the foodservice industry 36 years ago at Palm Brothers, the family-owned design and equipment company based in Minneapolis.

Palm will be based at Premier’s new divisional headquarters in San Francisco and maintain a second office in Spokane, Wash. In addition to working on a variety of restaurant projects across the country, he’ll focus on extending Premier’s geographic reach to the West Coast and expanding its business in vertical markets, such as senior-living dining and country clubs.
