HOFEX 2015: Ready To Kick Off May 6

Two years ago, more than 1,900 international suppliers and distributors of foodservice equipment, food and beverages and hospitality design and technology filled 13 halls on three floors of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. That show, HOFEX 13, drew nearly 38,000 professional buyers.

Big as it was, next month’s edition of HOFEX 15, the largest show in the Asia-Pacific region, looms even larger. The exhibition promises to be the biggest show ever in its history, boasting 2,400 international exhibitors on the show floor to connect with

40,000 buyers from around the region. HOFEX 15, more officially known as the 16^th Int’l. Exhibition of Food & Drink, Hotel, Restaurant & Foodservice Equipment, Supplies & Services, runs May 6-9 in Hong Kong. It will include the full spectrum of the foodservice industry and welcome visitors from every segment of the foodservice, hospitality and supermarket industries.
