Steve Spittle, CFSP, has been appointed President of Pitco. Prior to his promotion, Spittle was v.p.-sales at the Manchester, N.H., company, where he oversaw seven regional sales managers and 24 rep firms, and developed and executed sales strategies that helped Pitco sales grow by approximately 50%.
As president, he will direct all sales, engineering and operations of the brands Pitco, MagiKitch’n, Anets and Perfect Fry. “Steve knows this industry well. He has deep experience from working directly with key industry leaders,” said Selim Bassoul, Chairman/CEO of Pitco parent The Middleby Corp. “His track record, ability to meet goals and get results speaks for itself. His knowledge base and experience in the foodservice industry is a tremendous asset for all of the brands under his leadership.”
Spittle, recently elected to the NAFEM Board of Directors, served as v.p. of Restaurant Outfitters before joining Pitco.
