Unified Brands Selects Heritage Parts For “Unified Circle”

Unified Brands has added Heritage Parts as a preferred parts provider for Unified Circle, its new program designed to increase support and productivity for service companies. Unified Circle aligns leading parts distributors with Unified Brands’ existing network of Authorized Service Agents to strengthen the company’s aftermarket service delivery. Unified ASAs will now source all of their Unified parts from Heritage, or another Unified Circle partner, rather than from Unified Brands directly.

“We have expanded our authorized team for the sole purpose of improving the service experience for our end customer,” said Santiago Ramirez, Unified’s Vice President of Quality/Continuous Improvement. “Unified Circle brings improved parts distribution to our ASA network and expands the Unified team by bringing in partners that will ensure parts are in stock and delivered on time.  This is a revolutionary step for an OEM like us to bring in a parts depot to better service our ASAs to help them optimize their customers’ uptime.”

Heritage President/CEO John McDonough agreed. “Our goal at Heritage Parts is to provide the support Unified Brands’ ASAs need to grow service revenues and gain market share.  Our role in Unified Circle is to ensure [they] get the parts they need with improved accuracy, speed and efficiency,” he said.  “Ultimately providing a superior Unified Brands’ service experience is a win for everyone.”

Unified Brands and its product lines, including Groen, Randell, Avtec, A la Cart, Power Soak and LoLo, operate within the Refrigeration and Food Equipment segment of Dover Corp. It is based in Conyers, Ga.

Heritage Foodservice Group makes its headquarters in Ft Wayne, Ind.
