Materials Pricing Expert To Join FER’s President’s Preview E&S Market Forecast Meeting Agenda

Pricing trends for materials and equipment and supplies are key components of Foodservice Equipment Reports‘ annual President’s Preview E&S Market Forecast. This year’s meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, July 28 at the Westin O’Hare in Rosemont, Ill., will feature Lisa Reisman, managing director and CEO of Azul Partners, executive editor of the MetalMiner and the monthly MMI Report, and the MMI Monthly Metal Buying Outlook.

Reisman will provide attendees with in-depth price-trends data and forecasts on materials including stainless and carbon steels, aluminum, copper and other key materials used widely in E&S products. Her presentation, teamed with exclusive historical data on E&S list pricing from AutoQuotes Inc., will give manufacturers and buyers a unique quantitative perspective for pricing and cost planning.

The annual one-day President’s Preview forecast event has been presented annually since 2006. It offers manufacturers, operators, dealers, reps and others interested in the industry an in-depth look at the foodservice equipment and supplies market next year and beyond, in time for planning and budgeting. It includes the industry’s only hard-number forecasts of E&S market growth.

In addition to materials and E&S pricing trends, presentations provide data and analysis of macro-economic and operator trends as they impact the foodservice E&S market. FER‘s annual rankings of the top U.S. E&S manufacturers will be updated. Additional data; new, more inclusive buying group analysis; and a full ranking of dealers based on FER‘s annual Top Dealers Report is also featured. The merger and acquisition activity in both communities will be detailed.

The meeting will close, as always, with hard-number forecasts of the E&S market in 2016 and out through 2019. We detail the longer-terms forecasts by product categories as well as overall industry growth.

The Westin O’Hare is just a 10-minute hotel-shuttle ride from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. The early-bird fee, $995, applies until July 6. Registrants after then will pay the full $1,095 fee. For those who cannot attend the meeting, the forecast materials will be available for $1,595 after the meeting.

The meeting is scheduled from 9:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. so most attendees can fly in and fly out on July 28. Rooms are available at the Westin O’Hare for only $169 for those wishing to fly in July 27 or stay over July 28.
