Emerson Slates E360 Refrigeration Forums For September

Refrigeration and refrigerants are topics that are never quite exhausted. With mandates and decisions swirling about from the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Emerson Climate Technologies is planning another of its free events to help industry members learn more about the issues affecting their businesses. The company will host an E360 Forum on Sept. 3 in Dallas.

The daylong event is divided into two separate tracks with interactive breakout sessions on food retail and foodservice. Click here for the full agenda.

In light of the EPA announcement on refrigerants, Emerson just announced a webina on August 18, entitled Refrigerant Update: Understanding the EPA’s Final Rule on Delisting.

Dr. Rajan Rajendran will share his insights on the EPA’s final rule and explain the short- and long-term impacts to our industry. He will place the EPA’s recent rule into a broader regulatory context while shedding light on the path forward for commercial refrigeration.

Topics to be covered include: which specific refrigerants were delisted; the likely refrigerant alternatives; and the next steps for OEMs, operators, refrigerant manufacturers and contractors. More information can be found here.
