New Management At Browne & Co.

Peter and Michael Browne, the owners of Browne & Co., have inked a partnership agreement with Dennis Poon and Maggie Yau, welcoming them as the organization’s majority shareholders. Under this new management, the company will continue focusing on its core smallwares and tabletop business in the United States and Canada and will aggressively develop more than 40 current export markets.

The new partners bring 20 years’ experience in the design, manufacture and branding of cookware and kitchenware. This new association will enhance Browne’s global strategic vision with improved capabilities in product design, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, sales and marketing.

Browne & Company has more than 60 years’ experience selling professional foodservice and retail housewares products in the global market. Its products include its proprietary brands, Bérard, Browne, Cuisipro, KitchenGrips and Thermalloy; the company also markets and distributes brands such as AdHoc in Canada and the U.S., as well as Arc International, T&S, Emile Henry, Global and Swiss Diamond in the Canadian market.
