Moves and Promotions:

Carpigiani/Ali Group has tapped Penny Klingler as Senior V.P.-Key Accounts for its North America division. Klingler has an extensive background in the commercial foodservice equipment industry, including four years with Alco Standard’s Dispensing division leading its beverage-dispensing product support teams and three years with Sweden Freezer as v.p.-customer services. She joins Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Carpigiani after 25 years with H.C. Duke & Son/Electro Freeze, where she served as v.p.-sales and most recently directed their international sales expansion; Klingler was instrumental in developing products and markets for U.S. and international chain restaurants. She will report to John Babila, President of Carpigiani-North America.

Kevin Keith, a 16-year Robot Coupe vet, has been appointed National Project Manager at Jackson, Miss.-based Robot Coupe U.S.A; he’s now responsible for creating all of the marketing and promotional items, serving as an internal point of contact for field testing and developing application procedures for multiunit chain accounts.

T&S Brass and Bronze Works has added Erin West as Marketing Product Analyst. West, most recently at Ovation Brands, has a decade of experience in the foodservice industry and brings expertise in consumer-driven analysis, new product development and brand strategy and development to her new post. West, who reports to Senior Marketing Product Manager Richard Fahey, is based in T&S’s U.S. headquarters in Travelers Rest, S.C.
