Industry Veteran Chuck Maddox Joins Heritage

Heritage Parts recently announced that Chuck Maddox has joined the organization as Director of Business Development-Chain Segment. He will be responsible for growing Heritage’s business within the chain segment through new acquisitions and the build-out of the existing customer base. Based in Fort Wayne, Ind., Heritage is a provider of genuine OEM replacement parts and authorized aftermarket service for commercial and institutional kitchen equipment.

Maddox most recently served as v.p.-strategic accounts for Manitowoc KitchenCare, where he was responsible for Manitowoc’s largest national accounts in the Americas region. Maddox brings to Heritage nearly three decades’ experience in foodservice accounts and sales. His background in the industry also includes 25 years with ITW serving in national account roles on both the equipment and services sides of the business.
