Heartland Reps Debuts Test Kitchen In St. Louis

The new test kitchen unveiled in St. Louis last week by Heartland Reps is primed for cooking demos and testing on the equipment lines repped by the Missouri firm.

“This new test kitchen facility will provide us a place to bring our dealers, consultants, chains and end-users for equipment testing and menu development,” said Rocky Brock, Principal and Territory Manager of Heartland Reps. “Our customers want the opportunity to test the equipment before making a large purchasing commitment, this facility will allow us a place for our customers to do that.”

Heartland Reps, based in Kearney, Mo., in MAFSI Region 16, covers the states of Iowa, Kanas, Missouri, Nebraska and Southern Illinois. Its new test kitchen is located at 11033 Lin Valle Drive in St. Louis.
