Middleby Marshall Once Again Named Domino’s Pizza India’s Top Business Partner

For the tenth year in a row, Middleby Marshall has been awarded the 2015 Business Partners Award from Domino’s Pizza India.

“We are proud to be longstanding partners with Domino’s India, celebrating twenty years of partnership and 1,000 stores,” says Mark Sieron, President of Middleby Marshall. Currently more than 20,000 Middleby Marshall Ovens are installed in Domino’s restaurants around the world. The company has partnered with Domino’s Pizza India since it opened its first unit in New Delhi in 1996; this year, Domino’s India hit a milestone, opening its 1,000^th store. The chain is on pace to open about 150 stores a year in India, Domino’s second-largest market after the United States.

Rational Delivers Oven No. 750,000

Rational has hit a big number, delivering oven no. 750,000 to a waiting customer. The company, which makes its U.S. headquarters in Rolling Meadows, Ill., reports that more than 750,000 Rational units have been manufactured in its Landsberg, Germany, plant and are now in use in kitchens around the world. The oven marking three-quarters of a million delivered was ceremoniously delivered during May’s National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago to that city’s Francesca’s Restaurants Group.

Taylor Freezer Unveils New Division: Lainox Cooking Solutions

Taylor Freezer Sales Co. has announced a new foodservice division, Lainox Cooking Solutions Mid-Atlantic. The division will focus on distribution of the company’s new Naboo Combi Oven, which is to be unveiled July 25 at a “Technology That Cooks” event at the Chef’s Academy Cooking Center in North Carolina. Taylor has been serving the Virginia and North Carolina markets since 1943.
