DFSI Buys Houston Parts Distributor

Diversified Foodservice Supply has acquired Lundco Supply, a Houston-based replacement parts and supplies distributor, adding scale to the organization and boosting its distribution footprint in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

DFSI will complete the transaction, announced September 30, through its AllPoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies brand and merge Lundco with AllPoints into a new, 25,000 sq.ft. sales and distribution facility that opened this week in Houston. Lundco Owner Drew Lunde says all his employees will remain with the company.

In time, the facility also will support the distribution requirements of the entire DFSI family of brands including Franklin Machine Products, Tundra Restaurant Supply, Restaurant Parts & More, DSI Parts, Mill Hardware, and Restaurant Discount Warehouse. 

“Adding Lundco to AllPoints and the Diversified Foodservice Supply family is incredibly exciting,” states Mike Cate, DFSI’s CEO. “We will leverage the Houston facility in 2017 as the regional hub for multibrand, enterprise distribution for all customers in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.”
