Gordon Food Service Debuts First New York Outlet

Buffalo is home to Gordon Food Service’s first New York state location.

The privately held and family managed Grand Rapids, Mich., company debuted its 40,000 sq.ft. Gordon Restaurant Market location in Buffalo late last month. In addition to foodservice equipment, its shelves are stocked with fresh meats, seafood and produce and a full line of grocery items. To commemorate the grand opening, Gordon Restaurant Market held a week-long series of activities including guest speakers, product tastings, and other events in the store’s Solution Center.

“We’re here to help foodservice operators do more with less and unlock the potential of every product, so they can find new ways to connect with their customers, create memorable dining experiences, and take their business to new heights,” says Tim Grabar, President of Gordon Food Service Store.

Gordon has 170 stores across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic states, as well as Florida.
