FOCUS FOODSERVICE ADDS NEW NAT’L. SALES MANAGER

Citing his extensive knowledge of the markets, channels and customers it serves, Focus Foodservice has hired Timothy S. Palmer as its national sales manager-East. As his title indicates, Palmer will handle the eastern half of the United States and concentrate his efforts on building the Focus brand of smallwares and shelving within the entire distribution channel. Palmer brings a decade of industry experience to the post, including regional director-North for the APW Wyott Foodservice Equipment Co., and contract and hospitality sales manager/regional manager for Duke Manufacturing. He also spent several years with Lincoln Foodservice Products as director of smallwares for the Wear-Ever, Redco and Fresh-O-Matic brands.

Focus, headed by David Wasserman, is based in Vernon Hills, Ill.
