Hey dealers, got your tickets for The NAFEM Show in February? The biennial event hosted by the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers has a lineup of more than 500 exhibiting manufacturers from A.J. Antunes to The Zeroll Co. And the upcoming 2011 show is boasting a 50% increase in the number of new products spotlighted in NAFEM’s showcase What’s Hot! What’s Cool! gallery.

The one-stop What’s Hot! What’s Cool! area  will give the Feb. 10-12 show’s expected 20,000 attendees a first look at some of the industry’s most innovative thinking, design and engineering in new products. The 2011 gallery will feature nearly 120 new products from exhibiting companies in areas including energy efficiency, food safety, labor saving, life-cycle costs, and sanitation.

The NAFEM Show at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., is the first opportunity of the year for industry members to grow and fine-tune their professional networks both on and off the show floor. Show registration is $30 until January 8, 2011, when it rises to $60 leading up to the show. Members of NAFEM’s allied industry organizations are eligible for a complimentary badge and up to $500 to offset travel and lodging expenses to and from The NAFEM Show.
