Colin Lacey Named Manitowoc’s V.P. Service EMEA

Colin Lacey has been appointed by Manitowoc Foodservice as v.p.-service for Europe, Middle East, Asia (EMEA). Lacey is now responsible for coordinating all service activities for Manitowoc Foodservice brands across the region including Cleveland, Convotherm, Dean, Delfield Sadia, Frymaster, Garland, Lincoln, Merrychef, and Moorwood Vulcan. He brings more than two decades experience in after-sales service to the post, including six years within Manitowoc Foodservice as director of service for Merrychef.

Phil Dei Dolori, exec. v.p. of Manitowoc Foodservice EMEA, announced the appointment. He cited what he called Lacey’s “proven track record of running dynamic service businesses that deliver industry leading first-time fix rates and outstanding-value- for-money service for our customers.

“This new role has been created to allow Manitowoc Foodservice to focus on delivering exceptional after-sales service across all its brands and to provide a single point of contact for all Manitowoc Foodservice group contracts in the EMEA region,” he added.
