IN MEMORIAM: WALT HENNEBAUL

Walt Hennebaul, a long-time member and past board member of the Manufacturers’ Agents Association for the Foodservice Industry, passed away Dec. 20 after a yearlong battle with cancer. He was 70. Hennebaul was a founder of Master-Marketing Sunlow in Atlanta. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marianne; daughters Patty and Terri; sons Bud, Jerry and Rick; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to his decades of work in the foodservice industry, Hennebaul dedicated his life to youth wrestling in memory of his younger brother, Freddy, who was injured in a high school wrestling accident and remained a quadriplegic for 16 years before passing away. He was inducted into the Georgia Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and the YMCA Hall of Fame.
