Oliver Products Taps Floria To Succeed Goodwin

Oliver Products has appointed Chadd Floria as acting President, effective February 27. He will succeed Ken Goodwin, a well-known veteran of the foodservice equipment industry.

Floria has been with Oliver Packaging & Equipment Company for 12 years, holding several senior management roles, most recently as v.p.-food packaging division. Under his leadership, the Grand Rapids, Mich., company has seen year-over-year growth in the markets of meals on wheels, school nutrition and corrections foodservice.

“Chadd’s contributions to Oliver’s growth in the food packaging market spaces have been vital to the overall strength of Oliver Packaging & Equipment. I look forward to the organization’s continued success under his leadership. I thank Ken for his service to Oliver and wish him a happy and fulfilling life in retirement” says Mike Benevento, CEO of Oliver Products.  

Goodwin’s retirement, effective March 31, comes after a 36-year career in the foodservice equipment industry that spans leadership posts at major manufacturers including Manitowoc, Enodis, Standex, Lancer, and Blodgett. He joined Oliver in June 2015 and has led growth in both its food packaging and commercial foodservice equipment businesses.
