Jennifer Healy has joined Jackson WWS as Regional Sales Manager-North. She’ll cover the territory from her home office in Yardley, Pa. Healy joins Jackson with nearly 30 years of sales and management experience in the foodservice equipment industry. She most recently worked as regional v.p. for Pitco/MagiKitch’n/Anet/Perfect Fry.

 

New executives at CKE Restaurants Holdings include Tom Brennan, named as COO to work directly with Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s franchisees and focus on back-of-the-house operations. Brennan spent over a decade with 7-Eleven in store operations, merchandising and store development. CKE, based in Franklin, Tenn., has more than 3,800 franchised or company-operated restaurants across 44 states and 41 foreign countries and U.S territories. Former KFC executive Jason Marker was named CEO in March, taking over from Andy Puzder, who was then under consideration to be U.S. Secretary of Labor.

 

Disruptive Restaurant Group has hired Scott Kleckner as Senior V.P.-Restaurant Operations to oversee expansion of brands including Katsuya, Cleo, Hyde Kitchen + Cocktails, Skybar and Umami Burger. Kleckner has previously served as EVP-Patina Restaurant Group, and v.p.-operations and partner of the eight-unit barbecue chain, Dinosaur Restaurants.

 

Elior North America, the nation’s fifth largest foodservice company, has moved its Charlotte, N.C., headquarters to the city’s newest landmark office tower, 300 South Tryon. Elior North America provides foodservices and catering to more than 1,300 client accounts in five industry segments across the continental United States; it has a management partnership with European contract catering firm Elior.
