Trap In A Snap

Accurex’s new Grease Trapper ESP Pollution Control Unit uses two electrostatic precipitator (ESP) modules and carbon filters to remove grease, smoke and odors from the exhaust airstream. As air enters the ESP cell, it passes by an ionizer that positively charges the particles, which are attracted to negatively charged plates in the collector portion of the cell. By capturing and removing contaminants from the airstream, the unit eliminates the need to change out costly filters and reduces maintenance. An automated cell wash down sequence allows the grease that has been extracted from the airstream to be easily removed with the touch of a button, eliminating the need for manual cleaning.
