Jackson WWS Partners With Heritage Parts

Jackson Warewashing Systems has tapped Heritage Parts as the exclusive distributor of service parts for its dishmachines in the United States. The partnership, which began November 6, leverages the Fort Wayne, Ind., company’s 130 parts specialists and online technology to provide improved access and faster turnaround in delivering parts to Jackson’s authorized service agents and end-users.

“We share a common goal to resolve service issues with Jackson equipment in the most expedient way possible,” says Jackson Technical and Customer Service Manager Greg Fugate. “Our research shows that the longest component of the service period is the time it takes to get parts to the repair site. The addition of Heritage to our team will increase the availability of parts and provide a nearly 40% increase in weekday hours of operation and a 100% increase in Saturday service based on the Heritage operations schedule.”

This partnership leverages Heritage’s industry leading team of such as ExpertID360, to deliver a universal solution designed to support Jackson’s authorized service network as well as extend the Jackson brand to serve the end-user market.  “We understand how important it is to get service providers the right parts at the right time,” says Heritage Executive V.P.- OEM Relationships Tom Szafranski.  “By working directly with Jackson, we can improve the overall service response time, contributing to the common goal of resolving service issues in the most expedient way possible. Our mission is to ensure Jackson’s customers have the best service experience possible."
