One of the biggest foodservice and catering equipment shows in North America is only days away. The 2018 National Restaurant Association Show, May 19-22 in Chicago, has everything new and important in the industry under one roof.

This year’s National Restaurant Association Show looks set to have north of 67,000 foodservice executives in attendance to do business with and learn from influential executives, thought leaders, innovative exhibitors, and industry titans. Approximately 2,300 exhibitors will represent 900-plus product categories, while celebrity chefs such as Rick Bayless Chris Cosentino and Anne Burrell will demonstrate different dishes at the World Culinary Showcase.

The exhibit floor includes the Kitchen Innovations Showroom, spotlighting the 22 recipients of the 2018 Kitchen Innovations awards, products designed to improve back-of-house operations and benefit operators with products that save time, space and energy.

Educational sessions abound, including the Restaurant Revenue Growth Conference kick-starting creative strategic thinking through collaboration, insights from innovative change makers, and conversations with peers. In addition to new and innovative equipment, supplies, foods and services, the show also has the Innovation Hub and Tech Pavilion, Start-Up Entrepreneurial Alley, and Organic & Natural Pavilion, all providing educational opportunities and hands-on demonstrations.
