Industry professionals interested in earning their Certified Foodservice Professional accreditation will have their next opportunity in August.
NAFEM will hold a CFSP event August 23-24 at its headquarters in Chicago. An overview of the CFSP will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. August 23, followed the next day by the exam from 9-11:30 a.m. The course package fee is $550 per person and includes a copy of the course textbook, An Introduction to the Foodservice Industry. The credential, which aims to raise the level of professionalism throughout the industry and encourage continuing educational development, is open to anyone in the foodservice equipment industry.
