The NAFEM Show 19 will host more than 600 of the world’s top E&S manufacturers in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

Showgoers can browse the aisles to learn about the products best suited to their operations and meet and learn from leaders across all foodservice segments. With so many suppliers from all corners of the globe, trends and innovations abound.

Many of them will be found in one of the biennial show’s most popular features: WHAT’S HOT! WHAT’S COOL! What Works! This year, the innovation-focused gallery will not only highlight the industry’s newest technologies, it will showcase stories of game-changing equipment and supplies and the impact they had on real-life foodservice operations. Multiple Innovation Lounges are scattered around the show floor; each tells the story about how a single equipment or supply implementation changed an operator’s business for the better. From refrigeration controllers and cold-storage solutions to ovens, grills, dishwashers, prep stations and racks, each proven product will be on display along with the success stories of how the manufacturer worked with a foodservice operator to tailor a specific solution worthy of investment. Operators involved in the product’s development are guests at the show.

“We’re excited to feature these E&S success stories that have fulfilled a critical, unmet need or solved a problem for foodservice operators,” says Rich Packer, CFSP, The NAFEM Show Chair. “We want to highlight game-changing solutions and the positive impact they had on real-life foodservice operations.”

Visitors also can take a break and take a seat in The Theater to hear 30-minute presentations from industry leaders about the latest E&S trends and technologies.
