The 6-year-old Denver-based chain will grow by third this year when it adds eight units to its existing 16-location footprint. The new outlets in cities including Dallas, Miami and Washington, D.C., will showcase a higher-end menu, including chicken waffles and lobster fries alongside bowling lanes, ping pong, shuffleboard, board games and arcade games.
