The NAFEM Show 2023 continued to show off the latest product offerings from manufacturers on Thursday at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Here are some highlights.

Atosa displayed its Intelligent French Fry Robotic Solution, comprising a freezer and fry dispenser, robotic arm and fryers. It also includes a ventless hood assembly with an Ansul fire suppression system and a dump station.
