Cooper-Atkins Acquires DocuTemp Wireless

Cooper-Atkins Corp. is expanding its software presence. The manufacturer of time, temperature and humidity instruments has acquired Bedford, Mass.-based DocuTemp Wireless LLC, providing Cooper-Atkins with another software platform for launching products and entering new markets. Two key DocuTemp staffers have joined Cooper-Atkins’ sales and development teams to help accelerate these initiatives.

Carol Wallace, president and CEO of Middlefield, Conn.-based Cooper-Atkins, stated, “The addition of the DocuTemp brand and personnel further strengthens our dominant position in the fast-paced wireless marketplace and demonstrates our company’s commitment to providing the newest and most innovative products and support to all of our customers and all of our served markets.”
