Joe Warren & Sons Co., based in Norwood, Mass., has announced the acquisition of Aable Restaurant Equipment Service.

Based in Manchester, N.H., for the past 20 years, Aable has provided repair, planned maintenance and installation services for commercial kitchens throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire. It specializes in servicing hot-side equipment, primarily in schools, assisted living residences and restaurants.

The acquisition allows JWS to expand and deepen its market reach in New Hampshire.

“I’m thrilled to join Joe and the rest of the team at JWS,” says Dave Adrien, owner of Aable, in a statement. “I’ll have the opportunity to continue servicing Aable’s valued accounts and to expand our service offerings to include refrigeration. It lays a smooth and reliable pathway into the future for all our customers.”

Joe Warren, JWS president and CEO, adds, “We’re very excited to extend a warm welcome to Dave Adrien. Adding Aable, Dave’s depth of knowledge, commitment to customer service, and experience in New Hampshire puts us in a position to provide even more value and service to our customers in that market.”
