Beef O'Brady’s Rolls Into Pizza Sales

In August, Beef O’Brady’s expanded beyond its burger concept and grabbed a slice of the pizza market. The Brandon, Fla., chain added a whole new angle to its brand, and a whole new equipment platform to make it. After three years of trying various ovens and dough formulas in a 38-store operational test, the 209-unit chain has rolled out pizza on its menu, and reports encouraging sales of the item.
