The TFP line of food prep tables is made with the highest quality metals such as a stainless front, top and sides with an aluminum-finished back and comes standard with an 8-in.-deep, full-length removable cutting board made of sanitary, high-density, NSF-approved white polyethylene. The countertop food pan opening and the units with refrigerated drawer compartments are designed to fit varying size pan configurations. True’s forced-air design moves cold air below the food pans to keep product temperatures within the NSF-allowed 33°F to 41°F.
