The UNIC Tango ST superautomatic espresso machine produces specialty coffee drinks that taste like they were crafted by a professional barista on a traditional machine. Designed for high-volume commercial capacity, it has a 6.5-L boiler, precision grinders with 80-mm burrs, a full-size rotary pump, metal piping and valves surrounded by a welded steel frame, an all-metal brewing group and a durable coffee handling system. A simple-to-use digital touchscreen allows the creation of customized menus for any application. All Tango models can be configured with a manual milk steaming wand or supplied with a refrigerator for one-step drink preparation.
