Alto-Shaam Expands Sales, Development And Service Staffs

Four new hires have been made at Alto-Shaam.

The Menomonee Falls, Wis., manufacturer has named Leslie Hoffman as V.P. of National Accounts-Foodservice; Ryan Johnson as National Account Specialist; Jeff McMahon as Director-Product Development; and Jerry Polka as Regional Service Manager.

Hoffman, who now oversees strategic development for chain account growth, joins Alto-Shaam after working in the foodservice industry as a regional sales director, and as a catering manager and assistant manager for a national restaurant group.

Johnson supports Alto-Shaam’s inside sales efforts while focusing his attention on national chain accounts. McMahon is responsible for the development and release of product improvements, specifically with the Halo Heat product line. Polka manages all authorized service providers in his territory in the Midwest.  Based out of Illinois, he will be the primary liaison between the authorized service agent network and the Alto-Shaam technical support team members.
