Chicken Salad Chick Keeps Focus On Southeast Growth

It’s a unique brand, calling itself the nation’s only southern-inspired, fast-casual chicken salad restaurant concept. Since its founding in 2008, the Auburn, Ala., chain has grown to 57 locations across the Southeast. In July, Georgia welcomed its 11^th Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. The chain, which offers 15 original flavors of chicken salad, has sold 146 franchises to be developed across the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana and Texas.
