Channel Mfg. has appointed 25-year industry veteran John Ebenroth as V.P.-Sales and Marketing. He joins the Port Washington, N.Y., manufacturer of carts, racks, tables and shelving from True Mfg., where his focus was in the domestic foodservice division. Ebenroth will succeed Howard Rose upon his retirement.

Cini-Little Int’l. has expanded in the Southeast, adding Kip Serfozo, FCSI, as Design Studio Manager to its new Atlanta Design Studio. Serfozo, accredited professionally in both LEED and WELL, has expertise on incorporating sustainable aspects and health and human element designs into high-performance foodservice footprints.

Jim Shaner has been named Director of Ceramic Engineering at The Homer Laughlin China Co. He takes over for Michael Tkach, who has retired after 20 years with the Newell, W. Va., company. Shaner had three decades of experience in ceramic engineering and quality assurance when he joined HLC in 2017, including extended stints with Du-Co Ceramics and Saxonburg Ceramics. In his new role, Shaner will manage the HLC lab and a team of engineers and supervisors vital to operations.

Electrolux promoted Giacomo Paccione from global product manager for the company’s Italian division to Regional Category Manager for North America. He’s now responsible for the cook chill and high-speed cooking categories in the North American market.
