Bloomin’ Brands Taps President for Bonefish Grill

Bloomin’ Brands has promoted Michael Healy, a 12-year veteran of the company, to president of Bonefish Grill. In this role, he will be responsible for long-term, sustainable growth for more than 180 restaurants.

Healy joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2009 as the director of strategic finance. Over the years, he was promoted to various positions, including vice president of development and strategic analytics and CFO for Outback Steakhouse. He also served as senior vice president and chief global supply chain officer.

“Michael’s proven leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that facilitate growth will benefit the Bonefish brand,” says David Deno, CEO of Bloomin’ Brands, in a press release. “He brings with him a breadth of knowledge gained from cross-functional experience across our brands and support teams.”

Bloomin’ Brands is the parent company to Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. The company has more than 1,450 restaurants.
