Middleby Corporation has promoted Andrew Romaine as the new ventless cooking solutions sales and culinary development manager.
Romaine will support the sales efforts and help drive new business development across the ventless brand portfolio. He will focus on the emerging ghost / virtual kitchen segment and the rapidly growing senior living culinary solutions category, capitalizing on his experience working at Brookdale Senior Living. Romaine will report directly to Scott Heim, President of ventless cooking solutions.
Romaine spent the past three years as the southeast regional chef for TurboChef Technologies, working with independent reps. Romaine earned his culinary arts degree from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, S.C.
