TurboChef, along with its sister brand CookTek, are joining a host of Middleby brands in partnering with Parts Town.

The recently announced deal improves OEM parts availability and service for the brands’ service provider network and customers. Under the agreement, Parts Town says they invested in additional inventory of TurboChef and CookTek parts to ensure demand fulfillment; the investment also ensures TurboChef’s service network has faster access to critical components for equipment repairs.

Customers can receive the same parts discount as they would when purchasing through TurboChef or CookTek, with no minimum order requirement. They also can receive same-day shipping/delivery and/or local pickup from over 120 Parts In Town locations.

Parts Town is a master parts distributor for over 230 brands, including more than 40 Middleby brands.

“Our partnership with Middleby is a unique and longstanding relationship that allows us to virtually support the entire Middleby kitchen,” says Clint Holder, president of Parts Town Americas. “We align with Middleby in our mission to ensure customers have access to the genuine OEM parts, accessories and consumables that keep equipment running safely and efficiently. This partnership with TurboChef is another crucial step in supporting our mutual customers.”
