Foodservice Equipment Reports

Foodservice Equipment Reports' E&S Market Forecast President’s Preview meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 27, at the Hotel Orrington, in Evanston, Ill. This annual meeting offers dealers, manufacturers, operators and others in the industry an early look at the foodservice equipment and supplies industry next year and beyond, in time for planning and budgeting. It includes the industry’s only hard number forecasts of the E&S market.

The meeting program provides in-depth data and analysis of macro-economic, operator and materials-price trends as they impact the foodservice E&S market, as well as exclusive information on E&S manufacturer pricing trends from AutoQuotes Inc. FER’s annual rankings of the top U.S. E&S manufacturers will be updated and the program will provide additional data, buying group analysis and a full-ranking of dealers based on FER’s just-published Top Dealers Report. The merger and acquisition activity in both communities will also be reviewed.

The meeting will close, as always, with our hard-number forecasts of the E&S market in 2012 and out through 2015.

The meeting hotel is a convenient 40-minute drive or shuttle ride from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. The early-bird fee, $895, applies until July 8. Registrants after then will pay the full $995 fee. For those who do not attend the meeting the forecast materials will be available for $1,295 after the meeting.

The meeting, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., has been planned so many in the Eastern and Midwestern U.S. can fly in and fly out on July 27. A limited number of rooms are available at the Hotel Orrington for those wishing to fly in July 26. We offer an informal golf outing beginning just after noon July 26 for anyone wishing to come in early and play.
