Bennigan’s Appoints Three Executives

Three key appointments have been made at Bennigan’s.

Mike Gabriel has been tapped as the Dallas chain’s new director of construction and design. His resume is topped by his most recent title as development director for Fogo de Chao as well as positions with Rare Hospitality and Ruby Tuesday’s.

Panera Bread vet Mike Understein will lead a new corporate initiative as v.p.-catering operations. Scott Foster assumes the role as chef of record for Bennigan’s 33 domestic and 47 international locations.
