3 Equipment Makers Kick Off New Year With New Reps

Three foodservice equipment manufacturers have kicked off the new year with announcements of new representation.

  • Alto-Shaam has named Chrane Foodservice Solutions as its new representative in Texas and Oklahoma. Chrane has offices and operates test kitchens in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and in Houston. It will use those test kitchens to host both in-person and virtual demonstrations for Alto-Shaam in the future.
  • Culinary Equipment Group is the newest rep partner for Food Warming Equipment (FWE) in the Chicago market, encompassing Northwest Illinois and Northwest Indiana. The deal represents a new category for Culinary Equipment Group. FWE manufactures foodservice equipment for holding, transporting, rethermalizing and serving.
  • Beltsville, Md.-based brick-oven maker Marra Forni has appointed new representation in Florida. Food Equipment Representatives joins on as the newest member of the manufacturer’s national sales rep network. “With sales offices and dedicated culinary support and test kitchens located in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando, Food Equipment Representatives will play a key strategic role in our business development and support in the Florida marketplace,” said Marra Forni’s VP of Sales and Marketing Todd Griffith in a news statement.
