Fresh off of its annual convention earlier this month (attended by 344 representatives from E&S dealerships and manufacturing companies), the Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association is prepping for its next webinar: “The SELL Process: Your Offense.”
FEDA has tentatively planned the webinar for June 19 at 10 a.m. Based on Don Buttrey’s new book, “The SELL Process,” the webinar will provide immediate, practical improvement for all customer interactions. Learning objectives include:
- Gaining a clear understanding of the dynamic interaction process that happens between buyer and seller.
- Learning the importance of preparation before tactical selling interactions.
- Receiving a simple, but profound, tool to be used for pre-call planning.
- Using the SELL Process pre-call planning tool to prepare for proactive and reactive selling situations.
- Understanding the value of ongoing training, practice and manager coaching to perfect tactical selling skills.
