Manufacturers’ rep firm 4 Star Reps has launched a new demonstration kitchen and showroom facility, called The Forum.

Located in Blue Bell, Pa., The Forum measures more than 5,000 square feet and features live cooking equipment, flexible meeting areas and access to the latest offerings from select brands.

4 Star Reps designed the facility to bring dealers, consultants, operators and manufacturers together to share ideas, explore products and strengthen partnerships, says Erica Monaghan, principal of 4 Star Reps. Available by appointment, the space also hosts private culinary demonstrations led by chef Greg Stephenson.

4 Star Reps celebrated the space with two grand opening events in late September. Monaghan adds the name is a play on words: a nod to “four” in 4 Star, and “forum” as a gathering place for collaboration, learning and innovation.
