Anaheim Readies For The NAFEM Show 2015

Manufacturers of foodservice equipment and supplies know that The NAFEM Show, Feb. 19-21, 2015, is the place to launch their latest, greatest, most cutting-edge new products. For attendees from the U.S. and all over the world, it’s a unique opportunity to see what’s new from 500-plus exhibitors in one three-day period.

The What’s Hot! What’s Cool! trend galleries are a great place to start. Showcasing the hottest and coolest innovations in foodservice equipment and supplies, the galleries are spread across The NAFEM Show floor, each highlighting a different industry trend impacting operators.

Community Responsibility highlights commercial foodservice equipment and supplies that help operators conserve energy and environmental resources. Products in the Global Flavors & Craft Preparation gallery help operators fulfill customers’ growing taste for culturally and ethnically diverse cuisines. The Health & Wellness gallery includes options to help fulfill dietary requests or isolate food allergens and promote health and wellness through portion control and the processing of healthy ingredients. Finally, attendees can explore equipment and supplies that promote Productivity, Efficiency & Precision. More than 150 products will be showcased in total on video screens throughout the four galleries. The video screens will present each product, show how it fits the industry trend and direct attendees to the manufacturers’ booths to view the physical products.
