Mission Restaurant Supply Rebrands With New Logo

After more than a quarter century in business, San Antonio-based foodservice dealer Mission Restaurant Supply has rebranded.

The news marks a strategic and long-awaited advancement for Mission, which since its founding in 1988, has grown from selling and leasing commercial refrigeration and ice machines to becoming a full-service foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. With this growth came the need for a more intuitive and contemporary logo and brand message.

“It became apparent that we’d outgrown our logo over the years,” says Sallie Lewis, Mission’s marketing manager. “We realized it was time to modernize the brand and roll out a fresh look that more effectively revealed what we do.”

The family-owned company moved from its signature snowflake, a tribute to its ice and refrigeration past, to a crossed utensil with strong, structural lines, and added a new tagline, “Your Kitchen Is Our Passion.”

Mission also operates a bid contract department, an engineering design team, a custom metal fabrication shop, an e-commerce store, and six Texas showrooms with leasing and service Departments in San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, McAllen, Fort Worth and Dallas.
