New Jersey Is Fertile Ground For Wok To Walk

WoktoWalk2

Residents of the Garden State might not be familiar with the Asian QSR chain Wok To Walk; most of the stir-fry chain’s 70 locations are in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, as well as three in Manhattan. But a new unit in Newark, N.J., is one of at least a dozen the Dutch company plans to open throughout New Jersey during the next three years. The state’s second Wok to Walk is slated to open this month in Hoboken.
