Abastur Kicks Off In August

The summer may end but the shows must go on. Next month, Mexico City and its 35,000 restaurants will welcome more than 400 exhibitors and 17,000 attendees to Abastur.  

The August 29-September 1 foodservice equipment exhibition includes four days of business meetings, thematic pavilions and specialized competitions covering 28,000 m2 of exhibition floor space at Centro Citibanamex. While 90% of attendees came from Mexico’s 32 states, 2016’s edition of Abastur saw international visitors from the United States, France, and around Latin America.  Eighty percent were their operation’s final decision makers in buying
