Pieminister Opens 13th Café

Now that it has a baker’s dozen of cafés and restaurants, the gourmet pie company is looking to better than double that number by 2020. Since debuting in Birmingham with its 13th store in September, Pieminister has started searching for six more locations to open by the end of 2018. The hit list includes Bath, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Liverpool, and Sheffield. It’s also looking to open additional restaurants in Leeds and Manchester, and looking ahead to adding more stores in London. Pieminister was founded in 2003 in Bristol and currently operates six restaurants in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds and Nottingham as well as six pie and mash cafes in Manchester, Oxford, London, Stoke-on-Trent and Bristol. In addition, there are 16 pubs across the country that have dedicated Pieminister pie kitchens.
